Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a product management professional to drive end-to-end product initiatives for Singapore government agency projects. You will interview stakeholders, define problem statements, develop roadmaps, and secure funding for resources while collaborating with design and engineering teams to release and iterate products.

You will measure outcomes, create success metrics, and engage users to drive adoption.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst is Professional are a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end to end, from problem definition to release and continuous improvement.
Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statements.
Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
Work with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release product.
Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
Proven record of driving business outcomes.
End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
