Job summary

Reap is seeking a Product Manager for Embedded Finance to own a domain in card programme management, shaping its strategy and roadmap. You will work with engineering, compliance, and legal to deliver end-to-end outcomes and drive AI-enabled improvements across teams.

The role requires 6+ years in fintech/product management, deep payments knowledge, and strong API literacy with a data-driven mindset. Hybrid/remote work available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS with domain ownership.
• Deep knowledge of cards and payments stack including issuing, acquiring and networks.
• Strong grasp of AML, KYC/KYB, scheme compliance and jurisdiction requirements.
• Experience reading APIs and writing precise API-level requirements.
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflow and ability to show work.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant domain within Card Program as a Service from problem definition to delivery and iteration.
• Understand clients, processors, schemes, and compliance to inform product decisions.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering, solutions architecture, compliance, and legal to drive outcomes.
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
