Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

About the Role

Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal‑protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures tailored to diverse user segments.

Develop short and medium‑term product iteration plans and roadmaps, taking into account market situation, product life cycle, competitive landscape, and available resources.

Oversee project progress and cooperate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.

Use data‑driven thinking to explore core logic that affects AUM growth and user growth; formulate and implement growth and operation strategies.

Manage user life‑cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion, etc.) and enhance the user journey experience across structured products.

Monitor and analyze market trends in crypto structured products, identify new opportunities and competitive threats, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher; background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields preferred.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in blockchain and the financial industry, with solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts.
• Proven skills in product design and project management, with proficiency in identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
• Rigorous logical thinking, strong teamwork, effective communication, and ability to orchestrate resources across departments.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, responsible attitude toward users and team.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to work in a global, cross‑timezone environment.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of the structured products landscape.
• Experience in trading or designing options, structured products, or related derivatives at a financial institution or crypto exchange.
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification.
