Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager for Community Strategy (APAC Remote) to own the strategy and execution of a high-growth content ecosystem. You will lead content ranking, recommendations, and distribution while driving user engagement and retention across APAC markets.

In this role you will shape the long-term roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and turn strategic ideas into practical product features, analytics, and experiments that boost DAU and core metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in strategy or content ecosystem products.
• Experience with Web3 or fintech and large-scale content communities preferred.
• Hands-on with post ranking, content recommendation, or content-driven growth.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy design and optimization for a community content product (Square).
• Improve user engagement, retention, and growth through ranking and recommendations.
• Define the long-term roadmap for content ecosystem, including classification and distribution.
• Design and iterate content recommendation and distribution strategies to grow DAU.
• Manage the full product cycle from strategy to data validation and iteration.
