The role requires close collaboration with customers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate market needs into actionable product requirements and deliver mission‑critical software that drives value.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Communications electronic Countermeasures software solutions in defense sector
• Moderate and facilitate requirements from various Business Units and act as interface to Product Managers Systems and R&D
• Responsible for Requirement-Management and Feature/Release Baselining of Products in collaboration with the Project Lead to deliver innovative, mission‑critical software capabilities
• Build strong relationships with defense customers and stakeholders to shape future product development
• Drive product lifecycle management, including market and competitor analyses, business planning, product launches, and continuous enhancement
• Regular interaction with Business Units and International key customers for early cooperation during product development phase
• Support business growth through customer engagement, product advocacy, training, and industry representation
