Introduction

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of our solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that create business value and enhance customer experience.

Tasks

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Communications electronic Countermeasures software solutions in defense sector
• Moderate and facilitate requirements from various Business Units and act as interface to Product Managers Systems and R&D.
• Responsible for Requirement-Management and Feature/Release Baselining of Products in collaboration with the Project Lead to deliver innovative, mission‑critical software capabilities
• Build strong relationships with defense customers and stakeholders to shape future product development.
• Drive product lifecycle management, including market and competitor analyses, business planning, product launches, and continuous enhancement.
• Regular interaction with Business Units and International key customers for early cooperation during product development phase
• Support business growth through customer engagement, product advocacy, training, and industry representation.
