Product Manager (Blockchain Integrations)

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of customer‑centric products
• Understand user needs and gather product requirements
• Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area
• Build alignment across product teams, cross‑functional partners
  (Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team
• Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritisation which drives product execution
• Define and analyse metrics that inform product success & health
• Drive product development with a world‑class team of Engineers and Designers
• Work directly with upper management to form and execute a larger blockchain integration strategy
• Grow and lead a team of blockchain integration engineers to initially integrate and maintain integrations with the top metaverse platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement an integration framework, allowing for smooth transition to blockchain networks
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders of other blockchains and frameworks
• Be on the front lines of developing strategies for evaluating complex risk in business‑centric ways
• Build scalable processes that allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management
• Able to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results for both users and business
• Deeply understand how the products work and how to measure long‑term impact
• Know every step of the funnel
• Able to design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests, with some knowledge on SQL
• Equally comfortable with whiteboarding a completely new experience and optimising an existing flow, know when to do which
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeve to get the job done
• Care deeply about the details to ship a best‑in‑class product
• Know how to influence people to get things done across any job function
• Outspoken and able to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate right stakeholders in a discussion before it becomes issues
• Comfortable with working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Design, Business Development)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical and/or product management experience on a blockchain project
• Able to work on a distributed team with a high degree of ownership
• Experience in the Blockchain or crypto space
• Open‑minded to new ideas with a mindset of continuous learning
