Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a passionate, curious, and impact-driven Product Manager to join our APAC Product & Technology team and unlock the potential of alternative payment methods across the region.

You will own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scale, obsess over customer problems, collaborate across Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and Operations, and drive adoption and revenue growth.

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a passionate, curious, and impact-driven Product Manager to join our APAC Product & Technology team and help us unlock the full potential of alternative payment methods (APMs) across the region.

This role is not about shipping features — it’s about solving real problems, driving measurable outcomes, and building scalable products that power businesses globally.

What you’ll own

As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of APM products across their lifecycle — from ideation through launch and scale — with a relentless focus on customer impact, commercial success, and long-term scalability. You will:

• Own the full product lifecycle
  Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. Drive products from concept to launch and continuously iterate based on performance and feedback. Deliver consistent experiences that scale.
• Obsess over customer problems
  Engage directly with merchants, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand pain points. Always ask “why” and challenge assumptions to uncover the right problems to solve. Put the customer experience at the heart of what you do.
• Build for impact, not output
  Prioritize initiatives based on value and outcomes — not feature delivery. Measure success through adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience.
• Shape and execute product strategy
  Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions, making clear trade-offs and articulating rationale with confidence.
• Collaborate deeply across teams
  Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Drive commercial success
  Identify growth opportunities, support sales efforts, manage APM partners, and contribute to revenue expansion through strong product-market fit.
• Use data to inform decisions
  Monitor performance, analyze trends, and continuously optimize product performance and customer outcomes.
• Lead with ownership and accountability
  Take full responsibility for your products — from strategy to execution to results.
• Cultivate relationships with partners
  Demonstrate empathy and collaboration while maintaining a strong sense of what matters most to our business.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you’ll bring

• A bachelor’s degree with strong understanding of merchant payment processing and capabilities globally particularly in ecommerce environment. Understanding alternative payment methods (APM) across APAC is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management / product development, with a track record of launching and scaling impactful products
• Ability to work across technical and commercial domains, comfortably engaging with engineers while driving business outcomes
• Experience operating in cross-functional, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions and strategy
