Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks a Product Manager to own the growth of our AI-powered workflow automation engine for grant processes and future products. You will learn the product Hands-on, demo it across the organization, and shape adoption with an agency-first mindset.

You will identify use cases, talk to users, run clinics, unblock the team, and report learnings to influence what we build next. A builder-and-evangelist approach is required.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning a product and driving adoption across users and stakeholders you did not control.
• Independent and high-agency; identify work and do it without waiting to be told.
• Genuinely curious and technically capable to learn deeply and teach others.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to translate user needs into product ideas.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills to demo, persuade, and drive adoption.
• Creative growth mindset; willing to run experiments beyond a roadmap.
• 3–6 years in product management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Master the product end-to-end; onboard new users and guide others.
• Translate customer needs into concrete feature ideas for engineering.
• Drive adoption with hands-on clinics, demos, and playbooks.
• Nurture stakeholder relationships across departments; surface real use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritise and ship features that move adoption.
• Grow the portfolio by identifying and shaping new product opportunities.
