TikTok in Singapore is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the platform product roadmap for overseas content safety risk discovery and handling, coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and user experience.

You will work with business stakeholders on video and live streaming use cases, apply LLM capabilities to improve risk detection, and analyze post-launch metrics to drive ongoing innovation.

About the Team

Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

Our Platform team manages the development and application of platform products, which utilize advanced models for early risk detection, increasing the business's efficiency to handle risk signals or trends.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of the platform for overseas content safety risk discovery and handling. Lead the entire process of platform product roadmap planning and requirements management to enhance overall business efficiency and user experience.
2. Work with business teams and dive into business scenarios such as video and live streaming to identify pain points in areas like risky trend governance. Deconstruct these issues into executable product/operational solutions and build general platform capabilities.
3. Leverage LLM capabilities to enhance the efficiency of risk handling, including historical content sweep, optimization of risk detection models and strategies, and provision of efficient, universal product tools to promote the standard and efficient operation of the entire product project lifecycle.
4. Responsible for data analysis after product launch, tracking optimization effectiveness (including model performance evaluation), and driving continuous product innovation and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience as a Product Manager in Platform products in technology or internet industries;
• Experienced with risk identification and handling (Rule Engine, Strategy Debug, Risk Expansion etc.) work experience;
• Strong understanding of business, able to relate to users' pain points. Has good business sense, communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Able to prioritise under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve the business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AI-related projects or products, actively research frontier industry capabilities.
• Experience in organizing and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
