Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a leading technology consultancy in Singapore, is hiring a Product Manager for a fixed-term engagement with Singapore Government Agencies. The assignment runs for 2 years starting October 2026, located in Singapore, with a focus on co-development initiatives.

You will own the product roadmap and backlog, engage stakeholders, translate requirements into user stories, and collaborate with agile teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale or government technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and release prioritisation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile coaching or Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of product governance frameworks and reporting practices.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or operational technology initiatives.

Responsibilities
