Job summary

TALENTBOLT is seeking a Product Manager for an AI Property Management Platform in Singapore. You will gather requirements from condo managers and MCSTs, write PRDs, and own the backlog while coordinating with an overseas development team to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience, strong English, and familiarity with PDPA-like data considerations. On-site work in Singapore within a fast-growing proptech setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of PM experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Proven ability to write clear PRDs and manage delivery with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities (RAG, classification, automation).

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with client stakeholders, condo managers, and MCSTs.
• Write detailed PRDs including user flows, state machines, data fields, and acceptance criteria.
• Own product backlog and sprint planning across three delivery phases.
• Bridge between local client and overseas dev team; lead weekly progress reviews.

Quick Overview:

Product Manager – AI Property Management Platform (Singapore, full-time). The company is building a 22-module AI-powered property management SaaS platform for a property management group, serving condo managers and residents. Stack: Next.js, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL/pgvector, AWS, Claude API, WhatsApp Cloud API. Engineering team is based overseas.

• 21 days annual leave.

What you'd be doing:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements with client stakeholders, condo managers, and MCSTs
• Writing detailed PRDs (user flows, state machines, data fields, acceptance criteria)
• Owning the product backlog and sprint planning, prioritizing across three delivery phases
• Acting as the bridge between the local client and the overseas dev team, running weekly progress reviews
• Reviewing module demos, tracking defects, checking deliverables against signed PRDs
• Coordinating UAT, including on-site resident testing and hardware integration for visitor access
• Tracking post-launch product metrics and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring product design complies with PDPA and data residency requirements

What they are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of PM experience, preferably B2B SaaS or platform products
• Proven ability to write clear PRDs and manage delivery with engineering teams

• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable working on-site with clients
• Fluency in English
