Job summary

APEX ASIA MANAGEMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced product professional to lead discovery, define core product logic, and own end-to-end delivery in a rule-dense, enterprise domain.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or enterprise product with end-to-end delivery in a rule-dense vertical such as finance, ERP, insurance claims, supply chain, healthcare claims, risk or govtech.
• Strong discovery instincts: reconstruct truth from messy interviews, old spreadsheets, unwritten habits.
• A fast learner who quickly gets to the underlying logic of unfamiliar domains.
• A working sense for data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery interviews with stakeholders to understand how the business actually works and uncover true needs.
• Translate findings into core product logic: PRDs, prototypes, decision tables, state machines and edge-case inventories.
• Design cross-functional workflows and permission models, defining accountability boundaries.
• Define where AI belongs in the system and craft human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Participate in requirement reviews, address challenges from engineering, QA and business, and own UAT and post-launch review.

What you'll do

• Discovery and definition — Lead discovery interviews with finance, on-site managers, operations and audit. Reconstruct how the business actually works from meeting transcripts, legacy spreadsheets and undocumented habits, and get to what users genuinely need underneath what they ask for.

• Rule modelling and product design — Turn that into core product logic: PRDs, prototypes, decision tables, state machines and edge-case inventories. Own it end to end, from PRD through to release acceptance.

• Cross-functional workflows and permissions — Design how modules and roles hand off to one another, and define the permission model and accountability boundaries that go with it.

• AI and automation — Define where AI belongs in the system, and design the workflows and human-in-the-loop mechanics around it.

• Delivery and governance — Take part in requirement reviews and close out challenges from engineering, QA and the business. Define instrumentation and success metrics, and own UAT and the post‑launch review.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in B2B or enterprise product, with end-to-end delivery in a rule-dense vertical — finance, ERP, insurance claims, supply chain, logistics billing, healthcare claims, risk or govtech

• Strong discovery instincts — you can reconstruct the truth of a business from messy interviews, old spreadsheets and unwritten habits, and you can tell a user's proposed solution apart from their actual problem

• A fast learner — you get to the underlying logic of an unfamiliar domain quickly

• A working sense for data integrity and compliance

Nice to have

• Background in finance systems or accounting platforms

• Familiarity with Singapore property management, real estate, or strata / MCST

• Experience shipping an MVP on a tight timeline

• Experience taking AI features to production

• Experience integrating IoT or device data
