Product Management Intern – Giving Platform

Job summary

NVPC invites applications for a product management and business analysis internship to support giving.sg and related digital initiatives. You will contribute across market research, requirements gathering, backlog support, and data analysis.

You will work with business, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to enable evidence-based product decisions, maintain dashboards, and assist with user research and documentation. Availability for at least 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business, Product Design, Computer Science, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly and accurately.
• Good analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding user and business needs.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation tools.
• Ability to organise work, collaborate with different teams, and follow through on assigned deliverables.
• Interest in digital products, user experience, product management, business analysis, or technology delivery.
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar product, analytics, and documentation tools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Market research to identify trends and validate product concepts and features.
• Competitive analysis of comparable digital products and track industry developments relevant to the product area.
• Gather and analyse product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Write, review, grooming, and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Rank feature ideas and assist in prioritisation.
• Review UAT and regression scripts, execute tests, and log defects.
