Make An Impact By

• Support the product team in the day-to-day management of the IoT product portfolio.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business, customer and technical requirements.
• Conduct market, competitor and technology research to support product strategy and roadmap planning.
• Assist in coordinating with Product, Network, IT and Technology Partner teams during product development and delivery.
• Support testing, validation and documentation of new product features and system enhancements.
• Help analyse product usage, customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in documenting and improving business processes for customer onboarding, billing, delivery and product operations.
• Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for internal stakeholders.

Skills For Success

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and business concepts quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with data analysis or presentation tools is an advantage.
