Job summary

DISCOVERMARKET ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Management Intern to design and structure features for our digital platform.

You will collaborate with in-house Product Managers and Product Owners to shape roadmaps, document user stories, and participate in workshops and interviews to uncover value. You will support the product team in defining strategy, processes, and goals, while gaining hands-on experience with AI-native SDLC practices and cross-team collaboration across Vietnam,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and product management.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with industry and business specialists to develop client visions and roadmaps.
• Support workshops and interviews to discover product strategy and goals.
• Analyse & define customer and partner journeys.
• Design requirements: epics, stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, wireframes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with development on backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Define acceptance criteria and plan UAT with stakeholders.
• Manage and execute projects.
• Trend scout around technology, insurance protection and competitors.
• Comply with company procedures and processes.
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned.

About the role

We are seeking a Product Management Internto design and structure new features, processes and capabilities for our digital platform and partners. You will work closely with inhouse Product Managers and Product Owners.

What you will do

• Working with industry and business specialists to develop and implement client visions, roadmaps and governance to address today's business needs and support future growth
• Supporting the Product team in driving and guiding workshops and interviews to discover product strategy, vision, process innovation, unique value proposition, business case and goals
• Analyse & define customer and partner journeys
• Requirements design (writing epics and stories, acceptance criteria, visual models, user flows and wireframes)
• Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (product backlog grooming, sprint planning and estimation, daily stand-ups, showcases, retros)
• Supporting in managing the product backlog (prioritization, facilitation of the estimation, decomposition, managing dependencies)
• Working with the development team (facilitate backlog grooming, technical design meetings, and sprint planning)
• Designing acceptance criteria and planning UAT with client stakeholders
• Manage and execute projects
• Trend scouting around technology, insurance protection and competitors
• Comply with company procedures and processes
• Any other roles and responsibilities assigned

• Currently is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/ Engineering, or any related technical fields
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and product management
• Good English oral and written communication skills
