Job summary

IPOS International is offering an internship to assist the Product Manager in an agile development environment for a public-facing digital platform. You will gain exposure to requirements refinement, backlog management, testing, stakeholder coordination, and early deployment activities.

You will also support AI adoption initiatives, create communications, and research AI technologies while helping maintain security-related project documentation and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Interest in Product Management, AI, and Digital Innovation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g. M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements, user feedback, and product needs for the public-facing digital platform.
• Support agile product delivery through backlog updates, sprint tracking, user acceptance testing, issue logging, and follow-up on defects or enhancements.
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and presentation materials.
• Conduct research on product features, market trends, and user needs.
• Support project coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing AI workshops, sharing sessions, and awareness activities.
• Support documentation of AI use cases, user feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Prepare communications and knowledge-sharing materials related to AI tools.
• Research emerging AI technologies and industry practices.
• Support the team in maintaining security and project documentation.
• Assist in tracking security-related action items, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate follow-up activities with project and IT teams when required.

Through this role, you will gain exposure to digital product delivery, agile practices, AI tools, and secure-by-design product development while supporting the team across requirements refinement, backlog management, testing, stakeholder coordination, and early deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development Support

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements, user feedback, and product needs for the public-facing digital platform.
• Support agile product delivery through backlog updates, sprint tracking, user acceptance testing, issue logging, and follow-up on defects or enhancements.
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and presentation materials.

AI Adoption Programme Support

• Assist in organizing AI workshops, sharing sessions, and awareness activities.

Security Support

• Support the team in maintaining security and project documentation.

Requirements
