Job summary

IG Group in Singapore seeks a Product Lead to own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for the Singapore market. You will shape which customer problems to solve, determine strategic priorities, and drive end-to-end product delivery while aligning with MAS requirements and IG's APAC objectives.

You will work closely with compliance, legal, and marketing teams to land new propositions and optimize the trading journey from onboarding to activation and retention.

Qualifications

5+ years shipping consumer-facing products in regulated environments.
Experience owning product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.
Experience growing a customer base and owning commercial metrics (conversion, CAC, retention).
Strong quantitative skills to define metrics, build funnels and iterate on data.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Singapore aligned to IG Group's objectives.
Decide which customer problems to solve; determine build, buy or partner options respecting MAS requirements.
Lead end-to-end journey (onboarding, KYC, funding to first trade, activation, retention, reactivation).
Drive discovery beyond customer statements to understand motivations and friction points; run experiment-led delivery.
Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing and senior leadership; work with Compliance and regulators.
