Job summary

Kris Infotech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Business Analyst to drive requirements elicitation, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and map As-Is/To-Be processes for government projects.

You will draft test cases from system testing through UAT, perform data validation with SQL, and collaborate with multiple agencies in an iterative delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a business analyst in product engineering and development.
• At least 2 years on Singapore Government agile delivery.
• Experience running workshops and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ability to write and execute test cases from system test through SIT and UAT.
• SQL for data investigation and validation.
• Experience bringing multiple agencies onto a shared process.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and perform stakeholder interviews.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria and functional design.
• Document current and target processes; plan sequencing & phasing.
• Create and execute test cases; support UAT.
• Validate data through SQL and ensure compliance with government standards.

• Writing and executing test cases from system test through SIT and UAT, including testing with migrated data.


• SQL for data investigation and validation.


• Experience bringing multiple agencies or divisions onto a shared process is a strong advantage.


• Candidates whose experience is mainly reviewing vendor work, project management, or platform configuration (for example CRM or ERP) will not be suitable.
