Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Operations, Digital Transformation or Automation.
• Experience delivering workflow automation, process optimisation, or integration initiatives.
• Exposure to automation/integration platforms such as Workato, UiPath, Laiye, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Transformation & Innovation Manager to drive digital transformation, automation and integration initiatives across product teams.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology and Innovation, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes and introduce scalable digital solutions.

You will be involved in transformation initiatives leveraging workflow automation, enterprise integration and AI-enabled technologies, including platforms such as Workato, UiPath, Laiye and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Technology and business stakeholders to identify transformation, automation and integration opportunities.

• Analyze existing product and operational workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.

• Design and support target-state processes, automated workflows and integration solutions.

• Support solutions using platforms such as Workato, UiPath, Laiye, Power Automate or similar automation/integration technologies.

• Lead or support Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), pilots and innovation initiatives to evaluate new technologies and approaches.

• Gather and document functional requirements, process maps, user requirements and target-state workflows.

• Work closely with technical teams to assess solution feasibility, integration requirements and implementation readiness.

• Drive process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives across product workflows.

• Track project delivery, risks, adoption and measurable business outcomes.

• Support change management and stakeholder communication to drive successful adoption.

• Identify emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, that can improve productivity and product delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Operations, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Integration or Automation.

• Proven experience delivering workflow automation, process optimisation, integration or digital transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to automation/integration platforms such as Workato, UiPath, Laiye, Power Automate, or equivalent technologies.

• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, process mapping and Agile delivery.

• Experience translating business requirements into functional and scalable technology solutions.

• Comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with AI-enabled automation or intelligent workflow solutions would be advantageous.
