Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an engineering professional to analyze and implement operational solutions for electronics interconnect manufacturing.

The role involves cost reduction, capacity enhancements, and shipment optimization across wire harness and system integration projects. You will collaborate with OEM customers to review drawings and BOMs, support NPI and production ramp-up, and work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones while maintaining quality and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience is a plus.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS) or wire harness is advantageous.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and specs.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proactive, team-focused and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement manufacturing solutions for EMS projects, focusing on cost reduction and capacity improvements.
• Collaborate with OEM customers on drawings, BOMs, specs, and contracts.
• Support NPI, product transfers, and ramp-ups for wire harness, box build, and systems.
