Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager or Assistant Manager with a strong actuarial background, ideally in pricing, to help shape and drive our product strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, enhancing, and managing insurance products, ensuring they meet customer needs while achieving profitability and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, pricing, and implementation of new insurance products and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, distribution, and operations teams to deliver commercially viable solutions.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, and claims experience, recommending adjustments where necessary.
  • Support regulatory filings and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Translate complex actuarial insights into actionable business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Part-qualified or qualified actuary, preferably with a pricing actuarial background.
  • 5–10 years of relevant insurance experience, ideally in product development or pricing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical detail and commercial impact.
