Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Development/Manufacturing Engineer to manage products from development through mass production and end-of-life. The role requires coordination of NPI, prototype builds, and production transfers across sites.

You will collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches, monitor readiness and yield, and maintain BOMs in SAP. Occasional travel Singapore–Malaysia will be needed.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
At least 3 years in product development/NPI/manufacturing engineering.
Able to communicate in Mandarin with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

Manage products from development and testing through mass production and end-of-life.
Coordinate NPI, prototype builds and production transfers between sites.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain for smooth launches.
Monitor production readiness, product quality and manufacturing yield.
Maintain BOM and engineering changes in SAP.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for production readiness.
Review test results and drive improvements in quality, cost and efficiency.
Travel between Singapore and Malaysia to support production activities.
