Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer, R&D (NPI) to plan and drive manufacturing process flow and line readiness. You will prepare assembly instructions, validate BOM structures, and work with Design teams to ensure robust manufacturing solutions.

Qualificações

• Experience in manufacturing process planning and optimization.
• Knowledge of DFA/DFM principles and process validation.
• Strong collaboration with design and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare product manufacturing process flow and manufacturing layout.
• Prepare manufacturing assembly work instructions and examine BOM structure to align manufacturing strategy.
• Estimate manufacturing process cycle time and manpower.
• Develop and qualify fixtures for assembly.
• Lead risk mitigation through process solution initiatives.
• Coordinate DFA studies with the design team to improve designs.
• Interface with Design and Manufacturing sites to execute line commissioning and validation.
• Train operators for assembly/manufacturing and certification.
• Oversee build execution and communicate progress to the project team.
• Address manufacturing issues proactively to prevent future problems.
• Prepare process deliverables and hand over to mass production teams.
• Discuss traceability requirements with customers and plan traceability systems.
