Bring 3+ years of product design, strong skills in Figma or Sketch, and a strong portfolio showing research-driven decisions, design systems, and accessible interfaces. Flexible remote/hybrid arrangements offered.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile design principles.
- Knowledge of video editing and production workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development.
- Experience with motion design and prototyping.
- Background in visual design or branding.
- Experience with accessibility and inclusive design.
Responsibilities
- Understand the user need through interviews, observation, and product data.
- Turn evidence into one clear problem before proposing an interface.
- Make the smallest coherent flow or prototype that can answer the question.
- Test the result, preserve what worked, and refine the next visible problem.
