Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on product professional for a 1-year fixed-term role in the Co-Development Unit. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive user-centered products and timely delivery.

You will conduct user interviews, facilitate sprint ceremonies, oversee prerelease testing, and support post-release adoption and bug fixes, emphasizing clear communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience in building digital products and leading cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end product development with product and engineering collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product success by bringing product to users.
• Partner with product manager and designers for user interviews.
• Lead sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives and track delivery pace.
• Support prerelease testing of systems, users, and security.
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide product support and fix bugs with engineering.
