Role Overview

We are hiring a full‑time Associate in the Asia timezone. This is a typical startup generalist role for a proactive self‑starter who is not afraid to roll‑up the sleeves. If you are a get‑goer who enjoys doing a bit of everything, keen to learn on the job and turning user insights into action, this role is for you. You will be employee #6. You will work under the direction and supervision of our CEO (Tiago Alves).

Key Responsibilities

1. Product QA & Tickets

• Actively test The Librarian across all interfaces (eg WhatsApp, Slack, Web)
• Reproduce issues, capture steps, logs, screenshots, and short clips
• Create well‑scoped GitHub tickets for the tech team, track to resolution, and verify fixes

2. Customer Onboarding & Support

• Guide new users through setup and follow up to drive subscriptions
• Deliver prompt, friendly support and triage issues
• Capture FAQs and convert them into help content and quick replies

3. Events & Community

• Help plan, coordinate, and attend APAC events or workshops as needed
• Prepare demo scripts, talking points, and lightweight collateral
• Capture leads, notes, and next steps, then follow through

4. Content & Social Media

• Draft social posts, short articles, and a monthly newsletter
• Create short demo videos showing The Librarian in action
• Maintain a simple content calendar and collaborate on approvals

• Independent profile with strong oral & written communication skills
