Job summary

the vine search pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to sit at the centre of business and IT, turning needs into clear, buildable products.

You will own the backlog and roadmap, report to the Product Lead, and support programme management across multiple streams. You will translate objectives into user stories, manage priorities, protect scope with Engineering, and drive adoption, governance and successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years on complex agile scrum software projects, preferably in container shipping.
• Strong grounding in SDLC, Agile and Scrum.
• Product management best practices across time, quality, budget and scope.
• Experience driving transformation and process re-engineering involving build or buy software.
• Proven stakeholder management across third-party vendors, IT and cross-functional teams.
• Sharp problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
• Strong communication, at all levels.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, patient and always keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, process re-engineering and product adoption.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance and delivery standards.
• Keep stakeholders informed on status, priorities and upcoming releases.
• Own business outcomes and user adoption beyond go-live.
