Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and launch plans aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify product requirements, features, and specifications.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in formulation and testing of new product recipes to meet customer/industry requirements.
• Provide technical support for new product development and emergencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing technical support and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful product commercialization and production.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product meets technical specs and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to develop go-to-market strategies and sales support materials.
