Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a Procurement And Submittals Manager to support PAC sourcing for mission-critical equipment and manufacturing for AWS data centers. You will lead RFQ creation, PO change management, and supplier qualification in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field, 4+ years in program or project management, and experience with data centers or infrastructure providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 4+ years of program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFQ according to forecasted demand.
• Manage End-to-End Purchase Order change management process.
• Manage the funding reallocation process to enable issuance of PO.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change management.
• Proactively communicate risks and issues to key stakeholders and recommend mitigations.
• Develop KPI metrics and track progress against goals.
• Develop new processes for supplier qualification and onboarding.
• Adapt to a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
• Track supplier drawing and specification approvals lifecycle and provide timely design approvals.
