The ideal candidate holds a relevant diploma and has 5–7 years of procurement experience, with proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems. On-site work in Singapore with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and AWS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant procurement / purchasing experience.
• Experience in precision engineering is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing.
• Source and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and potential procurement risks.
• Maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
