Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Retailer) is looking for an Associate / Specialist Procurement and Risk Management to join the Finance Team in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end procurement, risk management, and governance to strengthen internal controls and value creation.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and HQ, support tendering, due diligence, and reporting, and contribute to resilience and continual improvements in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including tendering and PO management.
• Conduct vendor evaluation and due diligence on business partners.
• Support risk management activities, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Assist in business continuity planning and staff readiness.
• Prepare regular procurement and risk management reports and analyses.
