Job summary

Brunel International S.E.A Pte. Ltd. invites qualified professionals to join our quality assurance and procurement team in Singapore.

The role covers participation from RFQ to shipment of instrument equipment like DCS/SCADA/RTU/ESD, ensuring adherence to ISO-9001 and related standards, vendor inspections, and NCR management. Responsibilities include attending KOM, reviewing ITP/MPS/FAT procedures, documenting quality sections, and expediting corrective actions within 3 working days.

Qualifications

• Shall have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• Shall have min five years and above (5) experiencedirectly relating to Quality Assurance, procurement execution, and vendor inspection activities.
• Shall have knowledge and understanding of ISO-9001, IEEE, IEC, ATEX, and IECEx international standards and code requirements and implementation.
• Shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes required by the purchase order, such as ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12, ANSIMC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA IC S 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE2, NFPA 70/ National Electrical Code (NEC) and UL 94, etc.
• Shall have IEC 60079 qualification. ATEX IECEX will be an added value

Responsibilities

• To become familiar with the company's requirements
• Participate in various meetings with the Vendor/Companyto ensure that the vendor knows the company's quality requirements.
• Attend KOM and prepare the quality section of the KOM slide.
• Review and comment on vendor documents (ITP, MPS, FAT procedure, report, etc.)
• Communicate with the vendor/COMPANY regarding controversial comments or feedback, and raise a clarification meeting if necessary.
• Organize PIM meeting as host
• Verify NOI readiness and forward to TPC coordinator for vendor inspection
• Review and comment on the TPC inspection report
• Issue NCR if discrepancies are identified and expedite thevendor's resolution proposal / RCA (If necessary) within 3 working days of receiving the NCR by the vendor.
• Review the manufacturer's record book / As-built dossier.

Participate in the procurement and manufacturing process of instrument equipment, such as DistributedControl System (DCS), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems, from RFQ to shipment, handling any quality issues (TBE, PO, KOM, PIM, Manufacturing, In-progress Inspection, Pressure Test, FAT, Final Inspection, etc.).
