Job summary

- Develop strategies to optimize procurement processes and long-term planning.
- Lead pre-bid activities and RFQ processes with governance.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Manage procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery.
- Oversee PO issuance and supplier agreements.
- Conduct market research and supplier qualification.
- Coordinate with project staff to meet budgets and schedules.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
- Mentor procurement team and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and data analysis.
