Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is recruiting a senior procurement leader to develop and execute regional strategies across Asia, covering direct and indirect spend. You will negotiate with key suppliers, drive cost savings, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and governance.

The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape a regional procurement function across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimally 10 years of procurement experience in international industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven success managing both direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Strong track record delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
• Experience across multiple Asian markets and managing regional supplier networks.
• Strong commercial, financial, and supplier risk management capabilities.
• Experience operating within matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement platforms, spend analysis tools, and governance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, build processes, and establish procurement best practices.

Responsibilities
