Job summary

FrieslandCampina AMEA Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern in Singapore to assist the Category Procurement team. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, market analysis, sustainability initiatives, and project implementation within a global FMCG group.

You will collaborate with Category Procurement Managers and stakeholders to drive value, mitigate risks, and support sourcing management, supplier management, analytics, and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing events, RFQs, tenders, and supplier evaluations.
• Assist in supplier data collection, spend analysis, and market intelligence gathering.
• Support the preparation of sourcing recommendations and business cases.
• Maintain procurement documentation and contract databases.
• Support benchmarking exercises and value identification opportunities.
• Participate in supplier onboarding and compliance activities.
• Assist with procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
• Generate insights from spend, supplier, and procurement performance data.
