Job summary

Univers is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern in Singapore to support day-to-day procurement activities and vendor onboarding across global entities (excluding China). You will act as the MS Dynamics expert to guide users on raising PR and GR in MS Dynamics and raising non-PO in Power Platform, while collaborating with a diverse, multinational team.

Prior internship experience is preferred as you contribute to sourcing projects and procurement improvement initiatives across local and global

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering related field.
• Planning to specialize in Indirect Procurement as a career path.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & a strong team player.
• Enjoy working in a multi-cultural & team-based environment.
• Prior internship or work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational procurement activities.
