Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage inventory system settings and oversee SAP updates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate data in the inventory system. Responsibilities also include coordinating factory-to-customer logistics, reviewing vendor defect claims, and assisting with various ad-hoc projects as needed. • Adjust inventory system settings based on monthly usage patterns to achieve optimal stock levels.
• Oversee purchase orders and update SAP, ensuring timely shipments.
• Manage all inbound shipments and verify accurate SAP entries.
• Coordinate factory-to-customer deliveries and adhere to FTA regulations.
• Review and process vendor defect claims efficiently.
• Keep SAP Material Master data up to date.
• Maintain smooth operations and uphold quality and efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Basic information

• Working hours: Mon- Fri 830am to 530pm
• Location: Tuas
• Salary: UP $4200

Job scope

• Adjust inventory system settings based on monthly usage patterns to achieve optimal stock levels.
• Oversee purchase orders and carry out the necessary SAP updates, tracking each order to ensure shipments and deliveries are completed on time.
• Manage all inbound shipments, verify accurate SAP entries, and take care of shipping documents and invoice validation.
• Direct cross-trade activities, coordinating factory-to-customer deliveries and ensuring adherence to all FTA regulations.
• Review and process vendor defect claims efficiently.
• Keep SAP Material Master data up to date, including product dimensions, HS codes, and lead-time details.
• Maintain smooth operations and uphold quality and efficiency in line with customer expectations and company standards.
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and reporting requirements whenever needed.
