Overview

The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in carrying out the day-to-day procurement activities and all procurement execution for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Support Procurement Manager in all matters relating to purchasing, which includes but not limited to stock monitoring, stock replenishment, quality control, handling disputes e.g. quantity differences, damaged or expired products.
  • Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list.
  • Review and evaluate quotations from vendor.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs.
  • Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.
  • Liaise with restaurant teams on requirements and provide support on delivery issues
  • Monitor contracts and renewal prior to expiry
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience within the F&B industry.
  • Good track record in the areas of cost management, vendor management, quality controls and inventory management
