Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a Program Manager - Procurement Excellence to partner with procurement, operations, systems and engineering to enable scalable, well-controlled business processes and decision-making.

The role requires strong business process thinking, stakeholder influence, and operational rigor to drive risk-informed execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• 6+ years of regulatory and risk management experience.
• 6+ years of purchasing experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit programs, risk remediation, policy and process improvement projects.
• Establish controls, mechanisms, and policies to improve DCSP compliance and assurance.
• Drive culture of innovation and continuous improvement through leadership and execution of projects.
• Identify new tools and processes that simplify and enable operational excellence.
• Derive actionable insights and present recommendations from analysis.
