Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Procurement Assistant/Executive. The ideal candidate will provide procurement support, manage vendor relations, and optimize purchasing strategies. Must have a professional certification and 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor or construction sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

  • Position Title: Procurement Assistant/ Executive
  • Working Location: Sembawang
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide procurement support to the project team for purchasing tools, materials, and contracted services.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of purchasing activities.
  • Assist in drafting purchase orders and related documents.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Monitor and ensure prompt delivery of ordered items and services.
  • Manage and maintain supplier partnerships and performance.
  • Support the enhancement of purchasing strategies and internal procurement guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable vendors and product options.
  • Participate in equipment verification and registration processes.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
