Job summary

AMD in Singapore seeks a seasoned process technologist to drive integration across high-bandwidth memory and logic production. You will engage with HBM vendors and wafer foundries to evaluate and implement process improvements, influencing decisions with AMD global teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of FEOL/MEOL/BEOL and the ability to analyze defects and yield, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure reliable AMD products.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor technology across multiple nodes/generations.
• Ability to explain basic process flows for memory and logic products.
• Knowledge of PFA and FI techniques used in Device Analysis.
• Strong communication across internal and external stakeholders in a globally distributed environment.
• Experience with unit process modules and/or process integration (FEOL/MEOL/BEOL).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in process and integration for Front/Middle/Back End Of Line modules.
• Apply to HBM/DRAM as well as logic process flows.
• Review defects with vendor/foundry and oversee F/M/BEOL issues across products and nodes.
• Design and analyze CIP/BKM evaluations with the HBM vendor/foundry.
• Perform basic yield and test data analysis for HBM and logic test flows.
• Collaborate with device analysis teams to understand failure mechanisms and reliability.
• Interface with supplier quality and reliability teams to drive corrective actions in the process flow.
