Job summary

Linde Group Singapore is seeking an Operations Technician to support the plant's readiness, including walkdowns, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and to prepare SOPs and routine schedules.

You will help manage safe, reliable and efficient operations to meet KPI targets and annual plan objectives, and you will plan, supervise and execute day-to-day operating activities with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ITE in Chemical Process technology or Diploma in Chemical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in petrochemical/gas/chemical industries.
• Experience with process safety and reliability initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry standards.
• Accountable for safe, efficient, and reliable operation of assets
• Accountable for investigating and trouble shooting process issues and outages
• Support process improvement, productivity and reliability projects
• Accountable for the planning, supervision, and execution of operation activities
• Accountable for compliance to all Procedures, Routines, Logs and other Operational Processes
• Accountable for meeting contractual and supply commitments
• Accountable for planning and executing TAR operational activities
• Accountable for controllable site costs
• Accountable for timely and accurate data reporting
