Job summary
Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a manufacturing support technician in Singapore's Tampines area. You will assist engineers with process troubleshooting, participate in RCA and implement corrective actions, and maintain WI and BOM documentation.
Daily tasks include supporting process improvements and product trials within a high-tech manufacturing environment. The role offers permanent day/night shifts with shift allowances and attendance/transport benefits.
Qualifications
- Assist Engineers with process troubleshooting and production issues.
- Identify and resolve basic process and equipment problems.
- Maintain and update Work Instructions (WI).
- Support and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Support process improvement, product trials and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
- Perform basic process checks, testing and troubleshooting.
