Job summary

HRNET Ventures Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technical professional to support manufacturing processes and equipment validation in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role focuses on improving process efficiency, quality, and production performance. You will collaborate with engineers and production teams, validate new equipment and processes, and help maintain technical records. The position offers a 4-day work week after training and requires a diploma in engineering with 2+ years of related

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, engineering support or semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to process validation or equipment validation is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation and process records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts after training.

Responsibilities

• Support validation and introduction of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot process and production issues; perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation activities.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment against operational requirements.
• Fabricate, modify and maintain basic jigs and fixtures used in production.
• Participate in cross-functional engineering and improvement projects.
• Maintain process documentation, technical records and reports.
• Work closely with engineers, production teams and stakeholders to resolve process issues and meet targets.
