Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support hands-on plant operations in a GMP/compliant environment in Singapore. You will assist Manufacturing Associates, monitor processes, prepare solutions and equipment, and stage components for autoclaving and washing.

The role requires a degree in biomedical/chemical/pharmaceutical fields, familiarity with process equipment, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, chemical, or pharmaceutical field.
• Knowledge of plant and unit operations including autoclaves and parts washers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance; cGMP experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a self-motivated team player with good communication.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, LIMS, and TrackWise systems.
• Willingness to work any shift schedule, including 24/7 operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and LMS-based training systems.
• Understanding of basic chemistry, biology, and physical science principles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance within clean-room operations; prior cGMP experience would be advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a self-motivated team player, with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.

• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, LIMS, and TrackWise systems.

• Flexibility and willingness to work any shift schedule, including support for 24/7 operations.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email platforms, and LMS-based training systems.

• Ability to understand, apply, and evaluate fundamental chemistry, biology, and physical science principles.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical capability.
