Job summary

SANKYU SINGAPORE PTE LTD on Jurong Island is hiring a Process Technician for our chemical processing operations. You will handle loading liquids into ISO-tankers, support packaging, and perform routine checks per the plant’s safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or higher in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) and has basic PLC or ladder diagram skills, with a readiness to work in a busy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience with machinery troubleshooting preferred.
• Basic PLC and ladder diagram understanding beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load chemical liquids from the plant into ISO tanker lorries with full PPE.
• Carry bags ranging from 10 to 25 kg when required.
• Support in packaging operations and other plants as needed.
• Record data according to the checklist.
• Perform housekeeping and 5S tasks.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Load the chemical liquid from the plant intoISOtanker lorries with fullPPEoutfit
• Able to carry bags ranging from 10 to 25kg when required.

• Do recording according to checklist
• Perform housekeeping or 5’S tasks.
• Other ad-hoc duties ( E.G Off line wrapping machine, container lashing, hubbing, tightening FC bags, etc.)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical)
• Candidates withPLCare highly advantageous
