Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Process Technician to provide front-line process support for production line operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role involves running shifts per schedule, responding to OOC/OOS events, and executing SOP-guided actions with guidance from Process Engineers.

You will re-qualify tools, implement OCAPs, and contribute to daily production health reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication/manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Re-qualify tools according to PM/CM plans.
• Execute OCAPs and process-based corrective/preventive actions for OOC/OOS events.
• Provide timely updates to passdown logs for incidents or instructions from PE/EE.
• Prepare and present daily reports on production line health and performance metrics (e.g., SPC).
• Take ownership of simple processes or measurement tools when needed.
• Lead or participate in process or operational improvement projects.

Job Description & Requirements

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line process support to Production Line Operations. In this role, you will be expected to run manufacturing shifts in accordance with the defined schedule and company requirements, and execute pre-defined actions in response to Out of Control (OOC), Out of Specifications (OOS) or excursion events, as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or as instructed by Process Engineers. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, either independently or in collaboration with Process Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Re-qualify tools according to post Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) qualification plans
• Execute Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and process-based corrective/preventive actions in response to Out of Control (OOC), Out of Specifications (OOS) or process abnormality events
• Provide timely updates to passdown logs with accurate information and details for every incident or instruction given by the Process Engineer (PE) or Equipment Engineer (EE)
• Prepare and present daily reports on production line health and performance metrics (e.g. SPC, hold lot reviews)
• Take ownership of simple processes or measurement tools where necessary
• Lead and/or participate in process and/or operational improvement projects

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in any engineering field, preferably related to semiconductor manufacturing or materials engineering
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication/manufacturing in a cleanroom environment
• Knowledge of Diffusion, CVD, Plasma, Implant and/or RTP processes is advantageous
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SiView/JMP software is an added advantage
