Job summary

UMC in Singapore invites you to join our next-generation Fab as a Process Integration Engineer Intern. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily process management, monitoring tool uptime and productivity, and learn how we integrate new processes for future products.

Under structured mentorship, you’ll contribute to process stability improvements, troubleshoot abnormalities, and support characterization of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn about the daily process management, including monitoring tool downtime, uptime, and overall productivity.
• Supporting efforts to improve process integration quality and maintain process stability.
• Learn about process integration processes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving process abnormalities and issues during the integration process
• Supporting the implementation and characterization of new processes for upcoming products.
