Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Semiconductor or manufacturing process engineering experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis and systematic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, productivity and process stability.
• Analyse process performance and production data to identify trends, defects and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, yield and manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Equipment and Quality and other engineering teams to resolve process-related challenges.
• Support process qualification, validation, documentation and engineering change activities.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with established quality standards, safety requirements and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Candidates with semiconductor or manufacturing process engineering experience will have an added advantage.
• Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis knowledge such as Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa), 8D Problem-Solving Methodology, Root Cause Analysis (RCA),Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA),Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
